Rae Guard - Property Manager
Rae has returned to the Finda Home NZ team as our full time Property Manager, after completing an exclusive executive accommodation project. Rae also comes to us with a number of years experience as a Relocation Specialist, which included aspects of both rental and purchasing properties in both the Corporate and Private Sectors.
Having lived in different cities in New Zealand and overseas, Rae has a great understanding and empathy in the aspects of creating a home, settling into a community and making it your own. She has also had an extensive business background and has a wealth of knowledge in a number of industries.
Rae believes in giving back to the community and has worked as a volunteer for Plunket, Riding for the Disabled, Victim Support and Parent to Parent. Therefore her approach is very warm and personable, whilst maintaining the vision for the task that lay ahead in the multi tasking environment of Property Management
Julie Pringle - Property Manager
Julie is new to our family as a Property Manager however Julie and her family were a tenant of Finda Home NZ so she fully understands the Residential Tenancy Act 1986 and its requirement.
Since been a Tenant Julie and her husband have bought a house and are completing renovations, and understand all the trials and tribulations associated with owning a home. Through this Julie has an “eye” for spotting maintenance issues so is a very good Landlords advocate.

Trish Grantham - Administration Manager
Trish is our Administration Manager who has had 32 years experience in all facets of the Real Estate Industry including Property Management.
Although mainly administration orientated she also became a licensed Property Manager with her own portfolio of managed properties, working in both Cambridge and Hamilton.
Trish has also previously owned her own investment property so understands the property management business from the Landlords, Tenants and Property Manager’s point of view.

Mark Watts - Real Estate Consultant Licensed under the REAA 2008
Mark is a skilled communicator who places great importance in building strong customer relationships and providing optimum levels of service.
His positive can do attitude and knowledge of the building industry, from his twenty plus years in multi disciplinary sales and marketing roles, affords him an eye for detail and an understanding and ability to manage all of your property requirements.
